- Redesign the major modules of the system developed under Years 1 and 2 of the project to take advantage of the graphical user interface of Microsoft Windows.
- Implement the new design using a Microsoft Windows development environment.
- Field test the system using the same procedure used for the DOS version of the program.
- Implement the new design using the Macintosh development environment.
