Overall Goals
To improve and expand aquaculture education across high schools, community colleges, and four-year colleges in Hawaiʻi by establishing a certificate program as well as training educators and industry stakeholders.

Objectives
1. Develop a workforce training program suitable for high school, community college, and four-year college students.
2. Establish certification and integrate it into workforce training program.
3. Develop a specialized training-of-trainers curriculum.
